It was an impulse buy because I happen to own a mostly black dog with little white spots. Naturally I kind of forgot about it after there was a horrible life event in the time between ordering and receiving so it was a welcome lovely thing to open up and admire. It will go on one of my sunhats to beat out the endless Albuquerque sun on market days.
