REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you would like to return something please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.  To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  Refunds, minus shipping costs, are processed after we receive the item in its original condition.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.

Products listed as a SALE item are final sale and may not be returned.  Please also be aware the following products are non-returnable:  gift cards, digital download items, and personalized/customized items.

GIFTS
If you received an item as a gift that was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received in unused and unopened condition, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

EXCHANGES
If your order arrived damaged or defective, simply provide a photo of the damaged item and a replacement of the damaged or defective item will be shipped to you immediately.  Please be aware some items may require being return mailed back to us.
