Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship directly from our studio in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

When will my order ship?

Orders process and ship within 3-5 business days. 

We typically ship in batches once or twice throughout the week, so some orders ship even sooner.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2-7 business days within the USA. 

Our baby blankets ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day.

Need it sooner?  Expedited shipping is available upon checkout, or leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to process and ship faster. For the real time sensitive orders, please contact us first to make sure we can accommodate your deadline.

My package seems lost

Uh-oh, lost packages are no fun! Was tracking recently updated to 'delivered' but its nowhere to be found? The majority of lost packages are pre-maturely marked as 'delivered' in the system, but then actually show up 1-2 days later.

Send us an email with your order # and tracking # and we'll do our best to help you track it down or find a resolution.

Please note: Wildship Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we sure do want to make you happy.  If you have cause for concern and would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

What if my order is a gift?

Want to leave a gift note? Let us know in the notes at check-out and include your message.

To reduce paper waste, we do not package orders with receipts or packing slips.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  International orders typically take 7-28 business days to be delivered but some may take even longer.

We cannot guarantee or predict delivery dates, or tracking once the package leaves the USA, as customs processes and mail systems vary by country.

Please know that additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply to international orders.  Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.  All international orders are appropriately marked as "merchandise" and include the actual cost of the item, as required, on the customs form. 

My international order hasn't updated tracking in days...

International orders may take approx. 7-28 business days to be delivered, and it's not unusual for there to be delays in tracking updates as your order travels overseas.  When this happens, the most recent status update typically reads as "In Transit to Destination."  

During this time, your order is either still en route overseas or is waiting to be processed through customs.  Give it 7-14 business days, and if there are still no updates then contact us and we'll see how we can help.

Do you accept returns?

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you would like to return something, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.  To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  Refunds, minus shipping costs, are processed after we receive the item in its original condition.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.

Products listed as a SALE item are final sale and may not be returned.  Please also be aware the following products are non-returnable:  gift cards, digital download items, and personalized/customized items.

GIFTS
If you received an item as a gift that was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received in unused and unopened condition, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

EXCHANGES
If your order arrived damaged or defective, simply provide a photo of the damaged item and a replacement of the damaged or defective item will be shipped to you immediately.  Please be aware some items may require being mailed back to us.

Who designs everything?

All our products are designed by BreeAnn Kitsuki, the owner and founder of Wildship Studio.

We are proudly based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Who is on your team?

Wildship Studio consists of a small yet mighty team.

BreeAnn is our founder, artist, and designer.

Rachel does our dedicated order fulfillments, shipping, and customer service.

Nik is our tech-savvy guru with both brains and brawn, whom you'll probably see helping at markets.

Zoey the cat and Hikaru the dog occasionally help, too. :)

What are your sustainability practices?

We’ve got mad love for the earth and source environmentally-friendly and sustainable materials whenever possible. As much as possible, we opt for plastic-free packaging.

Our paper products are printed on Forest Stewardship Council FSC® certified and Rainforest Alliance Certified™ papers, and our envelopes contain 30% post-consumer waste.  That's pretty much just a fancy way of saying the paper we use comes from responsibly managed forests and is made using 100% renewable energy sources.

Our shipping mailers are made from recycled materials and can go right back into the recycling stream when you’re done with them.  We re-use packaging materials and boxes whenever possible, and even our packing tape is plant-derived and biodegradable!

Wildship Studio is always looking for ways to enhance the eco-friendliness of our products and processes so you can feel good about your purchase AND the earth.

Where are your products made?

With the exception of a few products, all of our paper goods, art prints, and vinyl stickers are printed and finished in Michigan.

Our baby blankets are printed in the USA.

Our enamel pins, which require heavy machinery, are designed exclusively by Wildship Studio and made with the help of an overseas production partner.

Do you have a storefront?

Not currently, but we do attend various artist markets throughout the year. Sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop about local markets!

Are your cards blank inside?

Yes, all of our cards are blank inside for you to write (or doodle) the perfect message!

Do you offer custom pins or stickers?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer custom pins or changes to enamel pins, stickers, cards, or other goods.

Can I get something in a different size?

Possibly! The majority of our art prints can be made in a larger or smaller scale size, just ask us!

Yes, we would love to have your shop as a Wildship Studio retailer!  Please check out our wholesale page for ordering details.
